regarding the smile lines, microcurrent and red light therapy will help a great deal! Micro needling is also effective. I don’t know if you have a planet fitness near by, but you can use their full body red light therapy machine (the beauty angel) there if you get a black card membership. You will need to wash your face prior to using it. If you have makeup or other cosmetics on your skin, the treatment will be ineffective.

Regarding your eye bags, I suggest you see a naturopath doctor to find out what the root is and to deal with it from that angle.
